What are guilds doing for Velious?

I know a lot of guilds probably won't care much about faction and just raid whatever they can, but it's more beneficial to stick with a faction for smaller / more casual guilds.

Are there any guilds that will stick to CoV faction, run Hall of Testing / Vindi and various CoV quests?
