When Velious drops how much goes away?

See I expect ToV to be the exception. Where pulls and trains are possibly to split mobs from their trash, I full expect people to try them. ToV is a zone where 0 people should be grouping, at most there will be a raid in EToV and a raid in WToV farming armor, and your trains shouldn't impact them especially if you're splitting out NToV Dragons.

However zones like Kael, DN, Velks, Skyshrine... You probably can't train around because they will be packed with groups.

But again, we will have to see how the pulling arms race escalates.
