It's that bad. You may not have felt it with the mass TMO plat exchange reroll, but if you don't join the server during a leveling gravy train, you're SOL. And for anyone that can't play during prime time, GG BRAH.

This is the main reason I quit Red. It's fun to be able to camp pretty much anything you want, but after a while it just gets boring. Oh and PvP? Make a Wizard and roll your face on the keyboard.
