It's not really the 50+ pop wants to intentionally run all the noobs off, its that they really couldn't give a **** what happens if it doesn't involve their dkp/guildcockfights. A minority of those 50+ players are immature children who get kicks out of strangling toddlers and blaming their moba teammates when they feed.
