this is true, and it's also why the idea of two guilds being on even footing in the endgame just isn't possible with this population

one guild will always win out a few fights, morale will be low for the other guild so people will be less inclined to log in to contest, the winning guild will get more applicants since most people coming into the raid scene want to actually raid, etc.

good guys formed with the wrong goals under the wrong leadership

I'm in GG and pretty depressed in the lack I've been able to gloat on others when killing uncontested raid mobs at odd hours. Definitely considering leaving soon, as I feel like real leaders could've motivated us to do more. If I join Empire, can you give me advice?

I want to play at all hours of the day, but I've been struggling, since I've found that I have to go to work and spend time with my family. But I know there must be other ways. Can you give me some pointers on how you are able to accomplish this feat?
