Nilbog: \'Tax Collection\' quest is now multiquestable.
Nilbog: \'Poacher Heads\' now awards exp.
Nilbog: Added missing Lashun Novashine text.
Nilbog: Terblyn Zelbus will no longer discuss Velious teleports. He will remember to do so when Velious is released.
Nilbog: Corrected an issue with the spawning of Iksar Dakoit.

Rogean can this be rolled back to see if it improves this. There are multiple posts etc regarding this, I believe it would do the community some good to revisit this sir.
