Mobs Run Speed Seems Way Fast

Pretty sure this is a bug related to the current sow buff from regular players.

Example in Seb, If you get agro and try to zone, you have zero chance as it is right now. Mobs run so fast they are constantly on you giving you 0 chance at zoning agro. Mobs seem to have selos speed.

Seems like a bug please fix.
