Old client support inquery

Aug 4 2005, short version string SEQ45867 seems to connect to the login and your server just fine (legacy EQEMU support from 0.6.x I'd imagine) -- is this as supported as Titanium on p99, or is it lacking opcodes and compliant structure?

edit: Looks like item ID aren't going to line up, but otherwise I'm not seeing any irregular or malformed opcodes running around on a lowbie in ecommons.
