Until 12 you are very limited. There is no real easy answer, your choices are root/nuke or nuke/suicide tank with pet dps. Keep in mind at your level your pet will easily do more damage than you and steal xp, so make sure you get at least 51% of the damage so pet doesn't steal xp. This
thread has all the info you will need once you get charm. If you choose to go to Crushbone it puts you in a good spot on Faydwer for a while. I've trashed my faction everywhere, and just putting on an illusion takes me to at least indifferent, most times amiable. Sucks if you zone and don't pay attention and run into a guard though.
