Innoruuk Cleric: human or darkelf?

Really though. I have a 60 DE Cleric with the necklace.

It's very bad. Lasts 5-6 ticks. Resist a lot on mobs that matter.

When doing Sebilite Protector with 3-4 people, I'll spend about 4-5 clicks before I get a snare to stick when he is Tash'd and Malo'd. Yes he is quite MR but still, on most mobs where snare matters, it is going to resist once or twice.

It has prevented mobs from running and saved me mana from needing to heal from an add or it getting rooted and continuing to fight. But it isn't as awesome as "snare on a cleric" sounds.
