your missing the point, the goal is make the server as much like classic as possible, while it's 15 years later and the expansions have been extended beyond their timelines that is not possible, some custom changes can help that tho.
The fact is nameplates were added beyond classic timeline to address a problem, on live it took till POP to reach that point, here we've reached that point now. Also that's kind of silly to tell people to dispel an instant click especially when everyone has enough clicks to pretty much be undispellable.
