population was very small when locket of escape was available. the recent large influx of blue to red will make it impossible for a large majority of melees to be able to bind in mischief, this is the only reason people want recharge on red now

Exactly that's why this only became an issue when Velious is being released.

this is and agro items like puppet strings and mallets for pve encounters

you want them for Mischief you don't give a damn about strings or mallets, you need enough melee's to protect your worthless ass in pvp and you know if you have to fight in mischief daily you're not farming cards for shit.
