Sure. I understand you are real bent on maintaining the "people suck" mentality and yeah, sometimes they do, but I still believe p99 can have fair and balanced PVP.
Just like LNS I'm sure there are other ideas that can be implemented to make this work. Weather or not the staff cares about the PVP side of p99 is a whole different discussion.

you're not really understanding this. it's not "people suck." it's "people are lazy and cowardly and prefer comfort to challenge, so most of them will join the winning team, causing that team to win more." there is no way to change this way that people behave. you can moralquest all you want, but while you're blabbing away with dumb what ifs the people are just gonna keep joining the winning team because they literally do not care about your dumb ethics or your idea of fun, their idea of fun is getting some easy pixels and logging out without too much hassle.
