NPC Spawn Issue: Mino Patriarch doesn't spawn near Raster

The Minotaur Patriarch doesn't spawn near Raster of Guk in lowerguk. This guide makes no mention of the Mino patriarch despite outlining all of the spawns. Allakhazam has only one mention of the Minotaur Patriarch spawning near raster.

I was told he had a place holder near rastar could someone add to this is this the 3 mino room where he spawns?

This doesn't sound very convincing. All the other comments that refer to the location of the Patriarch say he spawns in the maze. On p1999 he actually does spawn in the maze in addition to spawning near Raster. So there can be 2 Patriarchs up at once, something unusual enough that I think would be mentioned on Allakhazam.

The Minotaur Elder who spawns near Raster is caster but doesn't appear to be on p1999. According to an Allakhazam comment, the Elder is a cleric.

He is a cleric. Just killed him... only spell he got off was Bravery (24 CLR spell), unless there is another spell that gives the message 'Soandso looks brave.'
