This. Just because its free doesnt mean players get to be treated like dirt when they ask for help. Also GM's and guides shouldnt troll ever. Doesnt make you look very professional or mature for that matter.

If they aren't moderating or supporting players they shouldn't be posting at all. You don't play eq with a gm character you shouldn't be participating in casual conversation on the forums under a GM account let alone trolling. Don't mind the occasional smackdown delivered to known ass hats but it shouldn't come without a thread lock. Roll a forum alt for trolling.
