This. Just because its free doesnt mean players get to be treated like dirt when they ask for help. Also GM's and guides shouldnt troll ever. Doesnt make you look very professional or mature for that matter.

i agree, volunteers on a free server should suffer silently while we verbally abuse them

we may not be paying customers, and no one's forcing us to play here, but we're still entitled to a certain "air" of professionalism you know
