Black Screen W/ Cursor

As the subject says, P99 launches as a black screen from both Duxa's All-in-one and from a different launch point as well. I have setup all of the forum accounts required (to my knowledge): EQEmu, P99. I've also followed the directions twice on the setup guide (deleted required files, etc) and have re-installed Titanium twice.

Any help would be terrific. Thank you. Not sure where to go from here.
