Never attribute to malice what can be written off as stupidity.
Look, we're all experienced burger flippers and fry technicians here, but when the new kid comes in and ruins all the food because he has no idea what he's doing and gets fired for it, what are we going to do? Hire another idiot teenager that's going to mess things up again. P99 raiding is a meat grinder. This doesn't mean that it's right for these things to happen, but you have to remember that when it takes 4 weeks to learn how to work the deep fryer you'll never have it working right when everyone quits after 3 weeks.
