RE-99, YOU KNOW IT'S TIME!!!!

With the recent delay of the forthcoming Velious Expansion, now would be an IDEAL TIME to open a second Blue99 server.

A server on a TRULY classic timeline. Staff would have roughly 3 months post-August-Velious-release to make sure everything is in working order before opening Kunark on the new blue server!!
