Are you guys seriously that dumb? Do you have zero concept on how ratios work?

Lets take football for example, a .500 team at the end of the season is 8-8. Now why is that? Being .500 is basically the same as a 1.0 k/d ratio because you're dying just as much as you're getting kills, which isn't anything to brag about.

Think of it as wins and losses, he's won 30 times and lost 26, so a 1.000 would mean he always wins. It's not making anything up it's using another well known system to mock him for being terrible when he was 60.
