SK starting stat allocation

Str and Sta aren't that hard to increase, especially with Velious coming up. SK spells don't cost that much mana, Int is only an issue if you plan to solo 50-60 fear kiting (which is dreadful, talking from experience!).

Dex imo since it's the hardest relevant melee stat to increase, and then you got more room to complain when your OT hammer isn't proccing at 255dex.
