This server can't support 2 guilds of Holo's current size, Holo's current size is Velious era appropriate for a progression guild hate to break it to you.

That is fair. But I think you're not using your own logic. The only reason you needed that many on live to progress was because of competition. Holo's current size isn't necessary for a server this size IMO.
