They haven't. All they do is beat up on the equivalent of puppy guilds on this server.
They could have given up on fighting the man, settled out and picked up a nice Sunday sky raid slot. Geared up, learned together, and actually become a viable guild. I'm not even certain members have gotten a full suit of gear or single sky quest completed.
