Miscellaneous: Hang on zoning to Nektulos from Neriak

I seem to be frequently hanging when zoning around Neriak, especially going from the Foreign Quarter to Nektulos. I open task manager and it shouw "Not Responding" for the application. I have to force a kill and relaunch. Most of the time (90%) I zone just fine. Other times it hangs as described above.
