I didn't petition IB for this - Taken did. I have the fraps that Taken submitted because their members aren't loyal and sent it to me. It was over a Nagafen because they engaged with a warrior and a cleric. This was business as usual until Taken cried about it.
I firmly believe 2 is a kill force. I also believe that 20 is enough to kill any mob in the game except maybe Gore/Nexona. Sirken didn't want 2 to be a raid force, so we built a rule around an existing rule that was based on no stalling/single DA/Disc/max 18 seconds.
