Can't launch the game - Did I mess up, or miss a step?

Hi All

Thread http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=181547 includes an .ini file and using that seemed to resolve my problem. I launched the game using the Launch Titanium.bat file, logged in, created a character and ran around a few minutes. I had to resize my window settings following instructions posted in other treads. The second link I gave above, about using eqgame.exe with patchme, only generated an error.
