i dont mind punishing the offender...
but in the real word if you give some one a weapon, and you very well know they will commit a crime with it, and you will BENEFIT from such crime --- you are MORE than ACCESSORY to the fact, and you are guilty as well
but here on p99 we reward this behavior and wonder why we live in a cesspool
