And those tiers are just so so so bad. Like if we are honest with ourselves, difficulty goes something like this:

Tier 1: Maestro -> Draco -> Faydedar ->
Tier 3: VS -> Innoruuk -> CT ->
Tier 4: Severilous -> Trakanon -> Talendor -> Gorenaire

BDA also had the option of just saying "hey, we don't like alliances. If you can't sign up solo, you can't sign up for Gorenaire." No one would have cared about missing Gorenaire's shitty loot table every 3 months. Their whole goal was to write a proposal so ridiculous that we would reject it, and then they could try and convince their members everyone was against them.
