Nah HB is right.

The server used to be a lot easier to grief people, including a +/- 8 level range, no LNS, and a guild of neckbeards that used to make it so shitty for new guilds that they quit.

The population was single digits at one point, and I can't remember specifically but I don't think it got much over 150 during Kunark.
