I see real pvp'ers on the list, and then the epic rogue twinks and wiz twinks who are pretty much immune to retaliation. How are they on the same plane here? They are not. The twinks should go back to blue since blues are immune from other players too.

Look at them as having high bounties, make a twink alt and chase them for those points!
