IB members in regular xp zones generally aren't dicks, catch them on a raid spawn or clearing sky against another guild and you'll quickly see shit go downhill like a landslide.

Those nice members that helped you out will quickly become cutthroat in a raid situation. I've never seen an IB member come up to Abacab and go "Hey want this Dracoliche?" sure they do ut with pissant seafuries but only reception I've gotten from IB in a raid zone has been consistent /ooc spam of personal insults, R&F drama over plane of hate, trains, and /petitions in an attempt to banhammer their competition.

Dont confuse being nice and courteous with a lack of competitiveness here abacab. In every day play scenario we are nice and friendly, there is no reason not to be.
Conversely though, in a raid situation you are either in IB or against IB, and IB is not in the business of handing anyone a raid target. Why would we? the whole concept seems kind of counterproductive tbh.
