Default Proud of your homebuilt?

I'm considering a hardware refresh, but I wanted to probe these forums first and see if anyone has a rig they are just super-happy with. It doesn't have to be home-built I guess - if you bought a low-end/refurb unit and jazzed it up somehow, that qualifies also.

I pretty much use my PC for EQ > web browsing, so obvisously it doesn't need to be an ultra powerhouse. I just want something that runs this particular game very well.

For example: I am rather disappointed in my apparent inability to swarm kite in Overthere, despite the fact that my current PC was pretty decent at the time it was built:

Summary
Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i5 2400 @ 3.10GHz 33 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 802MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8P67 LE (LGA1155) 27 °C
Graphics
G246HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
G246HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (ATI AIB) 46 °C
Storage
238GB Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series ATA Device (SSD) 28 °C
74GB Western Digital ATA Device (SATA) 33 °C
2GB Dataram, Inc. RAMDiskVE (RAM Disk)
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH16NS40 ATA Device
Audio
AMD High Definition Audio Device

There's also the fact that since the last round of patches, I've been having a hell of a time getting and staying connected to the world. My wife plays on a ~1yo ASUS gaming laptop on the same home network, and has 0 issues. I can't ignore that this is somehow pointing the finger at my rig.
