As far as the gnoll fangs go in the qeynos/Black Burrow area. Don't hand them in in Qeynos unless you just want the faction. Hand them in to the warrior trainer in halas and get the same amount of exp +5 gold per fang. Also you can do the quest in qeynos to kill the little fish in the water under the paladin guild hall. Kill the fish loot it and hand the item to the guard that walks around the pool. Beware this quest will destroy faction rather quickly. If you are doing this quest make sure you don't go below dubious with the guards/merchants. If you get to dubious you can hand in gnoll fangs to Captain Tillin to get the faction back up. Doing these quests in conjunction with eachother can get you from 1-10 in a matter of about 5-6 hours depending on how lucky you get on gnoll fang drops.
