Game sound/music not playing since Dec 3/4th

Check your eqclient.ini file for the lines (make sure these values are there):
Sound=TRUE
CombatMusic=1
Music=1

If not, then fiddle with the game Options. "Uncheck" options and "recheck" them. Also, try the Options Editor by pressing the Options button at the EQ start/login window.

If not, Restart and Shut Down (both) your computer.
