Miscellaneous: Seb mobs seem to have higher resists

I've been having the same problems with the Nobles and Bards in High Hold Keep. Dark blue nobles giving me 5 or 6 resists in a row on root and then breaking after 10 or 15 seconds.
I'm also getting resisted more on my snare but not nearly as often as root.
In both cases the resists (at least for snares and root) are MUCH higher than classic was.
