Default Crashing in Perma and everfrost

Alright i've lost 50% exp from testing everything and i still can't seem to get it fixed!

Operating System: Windows vista ultimate
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 5600+ 2.81GHz
Memmory: 2.00 G.B.
Sound: Realtek High Definition Audio (updated)
Video: Nvidia Geforce 9400 GT (updated)
(latest Direct X update)
I have tried many of suggestions in the dual core post ex:

Dualcore fixes:
Wineq : at a point before i reinstalled this program made my crashing happen every 1 minute when i logged in ( would like to know some settings that might help)

Msconfig to change to one processor: this did the same but i didnt have to load a program ( I like this one because then i can run in a full window.

.bat file to load eq: this one is a neat little trick but again didnt do much.

Game Tests:
After dying putting me at 81% into 49 from 20% into 50 I decided to try my system on other games to see if i get any such luck.
SWBF2: 7 hours today and no crash what so ever.
Diablo 2: I've run constantly and no problems what so ever

I reinstalled and i seem to run fine in most places and except the two mentioned in post named which i crash any time i pull a mob. I have changed my framerate from 50-60 both crashed when pulling a ice giant in permafrost.
I have also dropped all ui changed and any graphic display patches that i have found on the site and im still crashing in these 2 zones.

I would greatly appreciate any help given.
