Greatest amount of time does not equal greatest commitment & organization & skill. I guarantee you that there are people in this game who have greater skill, but less time to commit to the game. If you want proof come duel my main. I only play weekends (maybe 5 hours or less during weekdays total) because I actually work for a living and I'm sure I could take you down.

I think we are saying the same thing, time (commitment) is just one factor, organization and skill are other factors.

If time is such a huge point of contention, why then implement variance which makes the problem infinitely worse?
