how the fuck would hardcapping a guild change anything? nothing will keep people from having 3 different guilds fighting together vs one

also considering the fact that gm's are overwhelmed by the amount of cryface as it is imagine trying to police who is friends with who and who is allowed to help who, it's simply not possible.

there's only one way to counter the absolute zerg strategy in everquest and that's to have a "no rules" box where training is legal, i never played such boxes but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if a group of 20 people could stop a group of 80 people, the group of 80 people would rather quickly realize that they are better of cutting the fat cause they ain't doing anything anymore for them.

i'm not sure a box such as that would thrive though, it might just be too easy for a group of fags to fuck everyone else up on the daily
Training is not the solution to Azrael's problems, me and many other Holocaust member's come from Sullon Zek where training was legal. We don't train because it's against the rules, not because we don't know how to train others, or manage trains in pvp.

Trust me you don't want the GM's to take the gloves off, be a bigger mistake then the day you guys said Recruit and Contest.
