Blank start screen

[Thanatos]

I launch the game an my screen goes black with the EQ cursor in the top left corner.
I have gone and installed WinEQ2 and no difference has been made. Checked my eqclient.ini file

All it showed.

I am running Win7PRO (64bit)
4GB ram
AMD Phenom 9500 Quad-Core 2.20GHz
AMD Radeon HD 5670

Recently did updates on everything. Any help at all would be appreciated.
