IF FFA had the same foot races as Class C with a few rules in place and a lower variance it would fix 90% of the problems and make it more enjoyable. Make FFA what it was intended to be. A place to compete and learn how the Class C guilds do things. It makes it that much easier for the guilds to move up while also making it accessible to smaller guilds with less resources. It would hopefully get rid of some of the hard feelings when other guilds realize the mistakes made with mage petition is basically what everyone is arguing about right now.

Reducing the timer on spawns an setting up race rules would be great for FFA.
Yes it would be more "poopsocky" but ALL guilds can attend when they don't have to "sit 16 hours" as Chest kept mentioning. With FTE races, you could be the next guild hero if you score FTE over IB - TMO and get the kill.
