Loot goes to who needs it most. So far every raid I've been on the loot goes to someone at the raid. Typically to the player who will make the most of it. Seems fair to me and im still in half rags. No complaints here you pixel freaks. Join Holo for the fight, not necessarily for the loot, although stick around and dont be a total waste pile and loot will come.
