If the staff is serious about addressing RMT on a new server it should make all items no-drop on Teams and disable multiquesting. This would eliminate the phenomenon of guild leaders running their guilds as a multi-year RMT operation. You want a fungi? You camp it. You want your epic? You must be present to loot every drop.

Without this measure, Teams99 will simply be a repeat of Blue, Red and every other server in Everquest history. A zerg will emerge and whoever controls the guild bank and access to raids will be able to skim off the top. Instead of two years of Nihilum raiding the same content over and over to stockpile multiquests, guilds would become more personal. Sure, guild leaders could still sell raid access, but it becomes more obvious when the person has to be present to receive their items. Instead of a zerg full of faceless warm bodies, your guild would be people who took the time to help you get what you needed. With multiquesting disabled, instead of Nilly 2.0 spending two years raiding the same content over and over, ideally, once the 6th alt was fully geared, those player would go, you know, PvP.
