Out of interest, did you cross-check the other names in Sectors paypal transaction screen with previously registered Emu accounts?
You will find Sektors often manipulated players into selling their accounts/items to him on the cheap, so he is just as guilty as the person that made the sales. I know of at least 2 non-Nizzar transactions in that screenshot, 1 of which is of a player that has quit P1999 permanently.
Let me know your thoughts on this.
