we all want to pvp and i highly doubt that all of you are enjoying this server by doing those real fights just once a week contesting bossmobs and leveling alts the other 6 days. i did not, and thats why i quit some months ago.

The server isn't bad right now. You can find PvP if you want to any day, but it wont' be mass PvP. There are people in Chardok/HS/KC/Seb/CoM and even the hole almost every night.
Fresh restarts are still more fun to me though. The more content that gets released the more tedious tasks you have to do and the more a small population sucks the fun out of a PvP server. Some people enjoy that part of the game though and the creators of this server have that same mentality.
Eqpvp does have the environment you are speaking of, but it just doesn't have the numbers. It is a shame.
