That's absurd. The burden of proof is on the one making the allegation. Until proven otherwise, one must assume she spent the money as intended. Otherwise, we'd be living under a "guilty until proven innocent" system.

Someone, regardless of the number of people involved, gives you money to provide a product/service. People start to say hey, you aren't providing the service that you said you were going to provide. The burden of proof lies on YOU as that provider to maintain your integrity by either explaining what happened, or reassuring them that their product is still on it's way and being produced. In this case, neither of those has happened, she has sat back and screamed that she's just being picked on for being a girl.

You really think if you did that in any other arena you could just sit back and say "naw, got prof?" in a situation like this and people would be defending you?

She crowdfunded over $150,000 dollars for the express purpose of funding research women in video game media. Since then she has produced five f-i-v-e videos. Go see for yourself at feministfrequencey, they are there.

In four out of five of those videos she sites zero sources, mentions her alleged research zero times.

In the fifth video she links to 5 sources in an attempt to back up a single point in a video trying to make twenty. When you look at those sources you find that 3 of them are unrelated to the point entirely, one of them is research based on debunked psychology about violence in media affecting people (note that this source was published before Anita even crowd-funded in the first place) and the last one is just a link to a feminist blog.

That is one rock of the mountain of evidence. Iruinedyourday poopiepants is the one saying that the information is incorrect and he says it with certainty but won't explain how he came to that conclusion. The burden of proof is on him.
