your computer account does not have proper permissions to write screenshots into the "Program Files" folder. And probably aren't being saved anywhere.

Either right click, and launch the game as Admin

Or move your entire EQ directory out of the "Program Files' folders.


edit - they should be going to your Screenshots folder (in EQ folder) but again, no proper permissions
