What about sleep deprivation?!? My wife left work early yesterday and needed to make up time, so she decided to go in earlier... wakes me up at 5:45 am (when I don't need to wake up till like 7:30am) because she is too lazy to walk 500m to a bus stop... (2 days ago I walked to work through the local bushwalking track, endured leeches and almost vertical slopes for 1 hour and 20 minutes, the track cuts right through a valley and my work is on the other side - because she had the day off and I didn't want to wake her and my son up to drop me off to work so she can have the car).
TLDR
Some women need a good slap, but decent people never give in to violence no matter how frustrating things are - it is a conscious decision at the end of the day.
