1) racking up YT which normally comes from pointless encounters (ganking people that are occupied doing something else). This type of PvP is dominated by level 30 twinks. It also includes BiS level 60's that have basically quit the server and play every now and then to get a kill that gets them some much needed attention in /ooc.

I could see how someone who is terrified to engage in riskless pvp would think that's all it is.
