Leatherfoot Raider Skullcap "broken"

Currently, the leatherfoot raider skullcap requires a grizzly bear skin. On live, while the quest giver asks for a grizzly bear skin, he actually wants a THICK grizzly bear skin, as noted by about 50 people in the alla writeup of this quest.
