having seen scam and theft post in the past.. i will ask the questions i generally see..

1) How long ago did this happen? Have you given him sufficient amount of time to do the transfer given he has potentially had some sort of technical issue keeping him from logging in(ie, internet or PC problems)

2) Proof? Logs, Fraps, etc..?

3) Have you petitioned him in the petition thread?

4) Is he in a guild? what lvl is he?

I am sure there are more but there is a few to get this thing started..
